Harvest Room

“Now He who provides seed for the sower and bread for food will provide and multiply your seed for sowing, that is, your resources, and increase the harvest of your righteousness, which shows itself in active goodness, kindness, and love.”

— 2 Corinthians 9:10

Testimony of Sowing the Platform

This journey began with Helix Coach AI, an AI-powered psychosocial life coaching platform. For the development of that project, I consulted with an IT company, and the CEO himself engaged with me. Though I couldn’t explain all the technical details at the time, I did have some understanding of the functionality, and I shared the vision for the project. Their estimate for development was R1.6M–R2M.

I was not at all fazed by this—I remained excited, because I knew the idea was Spirit-birthed and trusted the Lord would provide. However, God kept the door firmly closed. You see, even before I contacted the IT company, the Lord had already told me to do it myself. But I struggled with doubt, thinking, “I would have to learn all of this from scratch—where do I even begin?” Yet He had spoken: build it.

Instead of allowing me to hand the vision over to others, the Lord Himself became The Teacher. Step by step, by His grace, I learned. I researched. I grew in understanding. And I began to train large language models.

Because of this, I am now able to build this Kingdom platform. Today, I joyfully sow what would have cost at least R1.6M into God’s Kingdom. This is seed, sown for His glory, not mine. I can say with confidence: “Freely I have received, freely I give” (Matthew 10:8). For even AI must bow to The Lord and serve His people.

It is written: there is a season for sowing and a season for reaping. In the natural, we see this truth every year in the fields. Yet even more so, this principle governs the Kingdom of God. What we sow—whether our prayers, our time, our resources, or our obedience—produces a harvest in His perfect timing.

Sowing is not only about finances; it is ministry. Every seed given in faith is a Kingdom investment. Paul reminds us: “Whoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and whoever sows generously will also reap generously.” (2 Corinthians 9:6). We sow into God’s Kingdom with joy because we know the harvest belongs to Him.

Reflection & Invitation to Sow

Sowing as ministry is about giving back to God what He has entrusted to us—our skills, resources, and obedience. It is Kingdom partnership. In due time, God brings forth the harvest.

“Let us not grow weary of doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we do not give up.” — Galatians 6:9

As you have received, so also sow according to your means. Understand that the ground in which you sow matters greatly—let your seed be planted in fruitful ground. This is such ground: a work birthed by the Spirit, for God’s glory, and to serve His people. May every seed you release be multiplied for the Kingdom and for your life, in Jesus’ name.
